When I had my first website in 1996 there were about 20,000 websites in the world.

Now in 2025 there are nearly 750 million domain names, with about 140 million active websites in the world, 33,000 new ones are created every day!

 

The internet enables millions of voices to be raised on 0.75 billion digital platforms.

​

Having a platform does not mean you have an audience.

 

The average run of the mill personal blog is read by 2 people if you are lucky.

​

Hence the title, if any of my efforts reach two of you, I will be happy!

 

Mostly this website is a way for me to share a few of the things that I have seen and heard along the way  (see About).
